Brava Longevity – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Brava Longevity website (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products offered by Brava Longevity (“Brava,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access the Site or purchase any products.
Brava Longevity operates an age-restricted business. Access to the Site and purchase of products is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order if age verification cannot be provided.
Brava Longevity sells and ships products exclusively within the United States. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States will not be accepted. You represent that all purchases are for delivery and use within the United States.
All products sold by Brava Longevity are intended solely for laboratory research and development purposes. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition. Any use outside of controlled laboratory research is strictly prohibited and undertaken entirely at your own risk. We reserve the right to request proof of research and development purposes.
By purchasing products from Brava Longevity, you represent that you are a qualified professional or entity familiar with the handling, storage, and use of research chemicals and materials. You acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with the purchase, handling, storage, disposal, and use of the products, including risks arising from misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized application.
Statements made on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Brava Longevity does not provide medical advice, and nothing on the Site constitutes medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic guidance.
All orders are subject to acceptance and verification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, regulatory concerns, or violation of these Terms. You represent that all payment information provided is accurate and authorized.
Orders are shipped through third-party carriers within the United States only. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Brava Longevity shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, governmental actions, or regulatory changes.
Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products in original condition within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. To initiate a return, contact brava@bravalongevity.com. All refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Products purchased from Brava Longevity may not be resold, transferred, or redistributed to any third party without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized resale or distribution voids all warranties and may result in account termination or legal action.
Brava Longevity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product at any time to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or guidance from regulatory authorities, without liability to the purchaser.
ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAVA LONGEVITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brava Longevity and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or products, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
All Site content, trademarks, logos, and materials are the exclusive property of Brava Longevity and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By using the Site or placing an order, you consent to receive electronic communications from Brava Longevity, including notices, disclosures, and transactional communications, and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
