This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the Brava Longevity website and is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return request within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
Products that have been opened, used, altered, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Items
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any product returned that does not meet the eligibility requirements will be rejected and returned to the purchaser at their expense.
Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, you must first contact Brava Longevity at brava@bravalongevity.com within the fourteen (14) day return window. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Brava Longevity reserves the right to request additional information or documentation prior to approving a return.
Once a return is authorized, you will receive instructions for returning the product. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only, after the returned product has been received and inspected by Brava Longevity. Refunds are processed within a reasonable time following inspection. Brava Longevity does not guarantee processing times imposed by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. Brava Longevity reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in accordance with its Terms & Conditions.
Regulatory and Compliance Considerations
Due to the nature of Brava Longevity products, all sales are final once a product has been opened or used. This policy exists to maintain regulatory compliance, product integrity, and safety standards.

This Refund Policy is intended to be read in conjunction with the Brava Longevity Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall control.
